Nikki Blight leads website development and design efforts for The Atkins Group, while also supporting network and technical operations. She holds a Bachelor’s in geology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an Associate’s degree in web development from Parkland College. With over two decades of experience working with PHP, MySQL, and WordPress, Nikki brings deep technical expertise to both front-end design and backend functionality. Nikki is committed to creating well-optimized digital experiences and keeping infrastructure running reliably. She approaches each project with a careful balance of design aesthetics and technical robustness. She’s praised by colleagues for her attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and collaborative mindset. She is also part of the event coordination committee for the office, and helps to plan staff gatherings and firm celebrations.
