As the Property Manager for the Residential Department at The Atkins Group, Michelle oversees all aspects of the company’s residential rental communities. She manages everything from rental showings and application processing to lease preparation, budget oversight, invoice approval, and maintenance coordination. With over 15 years of property management experience, Michelle takes great pride in maintaining the curb appeal of each subdivision and ensuring every resident has a positive living experience. Her strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence help create well-managed, welcoming neighborhoods for all residents. Outside of her profession, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her grandkids, preparing to join the Breast Cancer Survivor Row Team, and volunteering throughout her community.
