Glenn is responsible for managing the company’s network architecture, servers, workstation deployments, backups, cybersecurity protocols, and hardware/software upgrades. He also supports the team with troubleshooting, system integration, and ensuring minimal downtime. With several years of IT and systems experience in the Urbana–Champaign area, he ensures the firm’s network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems run smoothly and securely. Early in his career, he worked for Hobbico, contributing to both product support and product development operations, and at Frasca International, where he honed his technical and support skills. Glenn is known by his colleagues for being a proactive troubleshooter and a steady presence behind the scenes. He has a patient, methodical approach to diagnosing technical issues and enjoys mentoring less-experienced staff in IT best practices.
